Best app for pdf

I think it is the best app for pdf annotation.
Please support apple pencil like notability and goodnote. Their support has two features:
1. There is an option for drawing just by pencil, so if your hand touches accidently, it doesnt ruin your drawing.
2. They use some smoothness function on the results of drawing by pencil.
